    Glimmr Website Terms and Conditions

    Defined terms 

    Independent Cleaner” means the independent contractor who performs cleaning services, that are available through our Website;

    Services” means cleaning services;

    We/us” means Glimmr Ltd (the trading name), a cleaning agency, of Company number 11511783;

    Website” means the website located at or any subsequent URL which may replace it;

    You” means a user of this Website.


    Using the Glimmr Website


    You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Terms.


    By registering as a user of our Website, you warrant that:

    (a) the personal information which you provide when you register as a user and/or make a Booking is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and

    (b) you will notify us immediately of any changes to this personal information by contacting our customer service representatives by email at

    You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

    Our rights

    We reserve the right to:

    (a) modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or

    (b) change these Terms from time to time as explained below. If you do not agree to such amended terms, you must stop using the Website. If you continue to use the Website you will be deemed to have accepted the amended terms.

    The Website is provided by Glimmr Ltd which is a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company No. 11511783 (“Glimmr“, “us“, “we” or “our” for short). Our VAT number is 406232141.

    “You” and “your” means you as the user of our Website for the purposes of these Website Terms of Use.


    These Website Terms of Use only cover your use of our Website and do not apply to the third party goods and services which are available for booking on our Website. Please see our Booking Terms for these. 

    These Website Terms of Use do not govern the relationship between Glimmr and our Independent Cleaners (as defined in our Booking Terms of Use) other than in respect of access and use of our Website. 

    If you enter any promotions on the Website, separate terms and conditions may also apply in addition to these Website Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between any additional terms and conditions and these Website Terms of Use, such additional terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

    We provide this Website on an “as is” and “as available” basis with all faults. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any part of our Website (and any products or services offered on them) without notice.
