Special Requests?

Customise your clean by adding instructions in your online account. They are sent directly to your cleaner’s mobile app, ready for the clean.

What we can't clean

Unfortunately, there are some things we don’t clean:

1. Light bulbs and fixtures: Light bulbs and fixtures tend to be quite fragile, which make them quite difficult to clean. Due to the liability involved, we tend not to clean these.

2. Outside windows: Outside windows often require ladders and specialised equipment to clean properly. Due to this and health and safety reasons, our cleaners are only instructed to clean easy to reach sides of your windows.

Our goal is to WOW YOU

Glimmr brings hotel‑standard quality to London homes with friendly, reliable professionals who care about the details. Our goal is to make your life easier with effortless booking, outstanding cleans, and consistent service you can trust—every visit. If it’s not perfect, we’ll put it right with our 200% Happiness Guarantee.

All About London

World‑Class City, Endless Things To Do

London blends centuries of history with cutting‑edge culture, making it one of the most exciting cities on earth. Explore icons like the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace and St Paul’s Cathedral, then wander along the South Bank for sweeping Thames views. Dive into world‑class museums—the British Museum, V&A and Natural History Museum are free to enter—before catching a West End show in Theatreland. Foodies can graze through Borough Market, Maltby Street and Seven Dials, or seek neighbourhood gems from Brixton to Shoreditch. On sunny days, stroll Hyde Park, Regent’s Park or Hampstead Heath for green space and skyline vistas. With pros taking care of your cleaning, you’ll actually have time to enjoy it all—weekend brunch in Notting Hill, galleries in Mayfair, canal walks in Little Venice, or sunset at Primrose Hill.

Top 2% Talent for Hotel‑Standard Results

Your home deserves exceptional care. That’s why we accept only the top 2% of applicants after in‑depth interviews, test cleans and background checks. Many of our professionals have experience in leading hotels, bringing five‑star standards to your kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. Expect meticulous attention to detail—gleaming taps, crisp bedmaking, dust‑free surfaces and flawlessly vacuumed floors. We pair this skill with great people: friendly, English‑speaking cleaners who respect your time, routines and preferences. Whether it’s a weekly spruce, deep clean or move‑in refresh, your cleaner follows a clear checklist tailored to your home. You’ll enjoy consistent quality on every visit, and if you ever want to refine your preferences, our Customer Happiness Team is ready to help. With Glimmr, excellence isn’t a nice‑to‑have—it’s our baseline.

Safety, Insurance and Real Peace of Mind

Trust starts with rigorous vetting and continues with proper protection. Every Glimmr booking is backed by full insurance, so you can relax from the moment your cleaner arrives. We also value transparency: secure online payments, clear pricing, easy scheduling and instant confirmation. If plans change, rescheduling or pausing is simple inside your account. Prefer eco‑friendly products or have special surface requirements? Tell us—your cleaner will adapt. Our Customer Happiness Team works seven days a week to answer questions and resolve issues fast. And because life isn’t always predictable, our 200% Happiness Guarantee means we return to fix anything you’re not thrilled with—if it’s still not right, we’ll refund you. It’s service designed to remove stress, not add to it.

Flexible Booking That Fits London Life

London moves fast—your cleaning service should keep up. Book in under a minute for a one‑off sparkle before guests arrive, or set up a recurring schedule that mirrors your routine. Need to skip for a holiday or switch days around a busy week? Do it online in seconds. We cover mornings, afternoons and evenings across the city, so you can slot professional cleaning between commutes, school runs and gym classes. For ongoing cleans, we aim to keep the same trusted professional so you get consistency without thinking about it. Add extras like oven cleaning, inside fridge or windows whenever you need a deeper refresh. With Glimmr, your time comes first: we take care of the housework so you can make the most of London’s restaurants, parks and culture—without sacrificing a spotless home.

Consistent Quality, Every Single Visit

Great cleaning isn’t a one‑off—it’s a standard. Our processes ensure your home receives the same high level of care every time. Clear checklists, photo notes on request and your saved preferences guide each visit. We focus on high‑touch areas, hygienic bathrooms and pristine kitchens while maintaining the small touches that make your space feel cared for. If your needs change—guests staying over, seasonal deep clean, post‑renovation dust—we adapt immediately. Feedback loops are built into our service, and our team proactively checks in to make sure you’re delighted. That’s how we maintain five‑star reviews across London and why clients stay with Glimmr for years. In short, you can count on results that look and feel amazing, week after week.
